Slow Cooker Sweet Bacon Smokies

Hamburger Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Martin’s Party Potato Rolls

  • 1 Pound Bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 14-oz Packs of Smokies

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed

  • ½ Cup Butter, diced

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a small slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hours until butter and sugar are melted into a syrup.

  3. In the last 10 minutes of cooking, top slice each Party Roll. Be sure not to cut through entire roll.

  4. Place a cooked smoky into the slice of each Party Roll with bacon jam topping.

Variation: Mix ingredients in skillet on medium heat stirring often until butter and sugar have melted to form a syrup. Transfer to slow cooker to keep warm.
